I was greeted by an offline message from best friend Ranel, informing me of his newest blog.
He recently relocated to Saudi Arabia to seek better opportunity for his family, his blog address or URL is amusingly titled iwantpork.blogspot.com – pork being an unwelcome food to our Moslem brothers.
Still adjusting to the OFW lifestyle there, he details his initial impressions, thoughts and experience in his native Filipino language. Filipino OFWs, especially in Saudi, can surely relate to the funny anecdotes in his blog.
I just pray Pare’s drive for his blog would not wane.
