Master Rapper Francis Magalona joined our Creator today. A sad day for Philippine Entertainment.

Francis M reached stardom with his RAP music. The Master Rapper gave us the anthemic Mga Kababayan Ko. Aside from his best selling albums, Francis M paved the way for other rap artists both as an inspiration and I think as discoverer of new rap talents.  His Kaleidoscope World is my favorite among his compositions.

Aside from music, he also made several movies. He is one of the stars of “Ninja Kids” – a movie in the 80’s. He is also a host of the long running daily noontime show Eat Bulaga. I also read somewhere that FrancisM is an entrepreneur- creating shirts with nationalistic design.

Let us remember FrancisM as an artist and as a patriot.
